• Provides a great opportunity for our artists in the region to showcase their talents and gain exposure at the same time.

Outdoor Markets

Friday night 6-9 pm and  Saturday 7 am-9 pm. There is room for approx 50 food and handicraft market vendors.  Any business wishing to sell their products can apply online.  For food or other click here to apply.

60 minute Workshop sessions and key note speakers session available.
For our emerging multicultural groups on the Sunshine Coast,we offer Free English class sessions throughout the festivals duration at this venue.

 

Coolum Bizfest are happy to keep the kites flying in Coolum this year.
For 2011 the theme is “multicultural”, to celebrate the diversity of cultures that are represented in our region.
All nationalities are welcome to register to fly their nations kite, which Coolum BizFest will have made up specifically for this event. Registrations close 20 March!  So hurry,to avoid disappointed. Kite Flying groups and individual kite flyers are welcome to showcase their talents too!

 

Multicultural Master Chef “Cook- Off Competition”

 

If you are a qualified chef or someone who is naturally a great cook, we welcome you to register for  our cooking competition. This is a free entry event, kicking off Saturday 9th April, from 12 noon to 4 pm.  The theme is “multicultural” and you get a set time to produce an international main dish.  As with all challenges, there are some conditions!  If you believe you have what it takes to win, then register online now . Applications close 28th February and spots are limited!
Our lively commentator will talk us through the event, which will be simulcast onto screens located at the eatery areas on site.Winners not only receive a prize, but they get great exposure for themselves or their business, while having a lot of fun!

Rides, face painting, roving performers, music and dance items throughout the festival, concluding with a  fireworks display on Saturday night by KC’S .
